owners of BIRUTA are Jacira Diniz and
Gil Jorge, previous owners of the following
bars in S.Paulo: Van Helsing, Jungle,
Orbital and Ar Cênico. Jacira
and Gil take care personaly of all the
details, from the preparation of the
dishes and client´s service to
the selection of the songs.
