Born in Zagreb, Croatia, in 1963. Part of infancy lives in Japan. These years were important as an encounter with oriental life. Integrating in a special form arts into everyday living a japanese culture awakens his creativity, aesthetics and love for beauty.

In 1977 returns with his family to Croatia where studies drawing and painting at the Center of Fine Arts and at Students Cultural Center of Zagreb.

During his academical voyages presents his work in Italy and starts doing portraits on the streets of Amsterdam.

In January of 1991 travels to Latin America, hoping to make his third around the world trip.

Dedicating more time to get to know Argentina, stays at the marvellous Iguazu Falls, where reveals a seie of works in partel and watercolor.

In this period a Civil War starts in Croatia. Separeted between love for homeland and hate against war, questions his need to participate but through peace and love.

In December of the same year moves to Paraty on the Brazilian coast where earns his daily bread making caricatures.

Treavelling through Brazil, on the South of Bahia lives an experience with Pataxó indians. Fascinated by the beauty of their territory landscapes and small trees, and by the simple everyday life of this people full of love, harmony, tranquility and laughter, finds inspiration where the values have other dimension.

Fruit of this experience is "Pataxó Murian" Exhibition which realized in 1997 at the Museum of Archeology and Ethnology of the Federal University of Bahia.

His living in Paraty which contains nature so exuberant, developed his work with sculptures and masks. They are fruits of the forest, it´s a dead nature gaining life, spirits incorporated, visible and invisible beings.

The branches of palmtrees already dry, wood sticks, stones, bamboo, feathers, seeds and a bit of paint ... is what the artist uses to reveal to a common eye an expression of nature hard to find.
