As we all know, a serious restaurant has to have a serious selection of good wines. The Merlin had since its opening day, a constantly growing collection.

The wines are chosen carefully and stored in the only correct manner necessary in a country with extremely hot summers, inside a Thermostat controlled Adega.

Wine lovers have learned that the Merlin is taking care of its wines and that they can always expect a new discovery or the valued classic, they seek for.

The passion for wine is shared by both owners, Hado and Reico, the Chef who needs the ideal complement to his dishes and the aquisiteur, always enjoying the hunt for the next very special bottle.
